| Appointments |
We encourage you to book appointments in advance in order to receive your preferred date and time. Our spa is often booked in full 2-3 weeks in advance during the busy Spring and Summer seasons. |
| Cancellations |
Out of respect for our other clients and as a courtesy to our staff, there is a strict 24 hour cancellation policy for any treatments booked. All appointments must be secured by a credit card. Missed appointments will be charged in full, cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the rate for the booked service. |
| Products |
| For hygienic purposes, we cannot accept returns or exchange of skin care products. |
| Special Circumstances |
For your safety, please inform us at the time of making your appointment of any special conditions such as, pregnancy, hypertension, medical conditions, allergies or disabilities to ensure maximum benefits. |
| Spa Atmosphere |
We request that your cell phones be turned to vibration mode while in the spa. In case of an emergency call, we request that you either speak very quietly or take the call in the spa lobby. |
| Children are not allowed in the spa area, but are welcome to sit and wait in the lobby if they are well behaved and at least 8 years old. |
| Arrival |
Please arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment. If your arrival is late, your service(s) may need to be shortened or adjusted to accommodate our schedule and other guests. However, you will be charged for the service for which you were originally booked! |
